*Even after the retirement of the director, the number of directors stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations and the Articles of Incorporation will be met, so no new director will be appointed in connection with this matter.

*The Treatment Department, where the director also served as the manager, will continue, and CEO Noriaki Satake will be in charge of the department.
